Every team needs someone who connects people, provides structure, and adds a human touch. At Braincreators, that’s Sterre, our People and Operations Manager.
Born and raised in the Netherlands, Sterre might be biased. Still, she loves the Dutch way of life: the open communication, the direct people, the ease of moving from city to city, and the festivals that make every summer feel like a celebration.
Her role brings together two things she’s passionate about: helping people and getting things organised. Whether planning campaigns and events, running performance cycles, or setting up team activities, she finds energy in creating clarity and helping others do their best work.

Her superpower? She’s the queen of organising and planning.
“From activities with friends and birthday parties to work projects, AI Salon and events - I just love bringing structure to things,” she says.
Her life motto: “Be in the moment.”
And the best advice she’s ever received? “Spend your energy on the right things.”
It’s something she lives by - and passes on to others: “Be open, be curious, and be nice - to your mom, the waiter, and the person next to you on the train. Maybe someone needs that smile that day.”
Inside and outside of work, Sterre is inspired by creative, positive people.
“I love to talk, connect, and laugh,” she says. “Don’t take life too seriously.”
And could she swap roles for a day? “I’d love to join Yana or Soroor and see what a developer’s day looks like.
