Every product comes to life through the hands of people who care about clarity, usability, and the experience behind every click. At Braincreators, that person is Yana, our Frontend Tech Lead.

Originally from Russia, Yana now calls the Netherlands home. She loves being close to the sea, taking long walks through the dunes, and enjoying the calm that nature brings.

What she misses most from home? “Besides my family, definitely the local food,” she says. “Pelmeni, small dumplings, are my favourite.”

At Braincreators, Yana enjoys knowing her work has real-world impact. “What I love most is how we, as a company, impact everyday life by improving road safety with Inspech,” she explains.

Her superpower sits right at the heart of that mission:
“I have a keen eye for the best website capabilities to ensure a smooth journey for our customers.”

Her philosophy is simple and powerful: “Never give up.”

And the best advice she’s ever received continues to guide her path: “Choose the things you like and like the things you choose.”

The advice she gives others echoes her balanced, forward-moving mindset: “Focus on progress, not perfection.”

Whether inside or outside of work, Yana is inspired by doing things that help other people, the kind of purpose that fuels both technology and teamwork.

And if she could swap roles with a colleague for a day? Her answer is clear: “I’d like to keep my current role, it’s where I make the biggest impact.”
